INDIGO + MICA

Large scale tapestry with mica and ceramic tiles embedded in the fabric. Warp is made with paper twine and paper yarn hand dip dyed in an indigo vat, and weft is made up of silk-wrapped cotton, multiple paper yarns, linen wrapped steel yarn, silk, wool, denim, and viscose metallized film.
